Good posture, body mechanics and exercise are essential to maintaining a healthy back. In this class you'll learn how to keep your back strong and decrease the risk of injury.
Learn easy-to-follow strength and flexibility exercises to keep your spine strong, so you can keep doing the activities you enjoy.
This class is offered by the Salem Spine Center and is taught by an experienced physical therapist.
